Every person with a learning disability is a unique individual and The Supported Living Service is set up to respond to individual needs in a meaningful, person-centred manner.
This process begins with a comprehensive needs-led assessment prior to admission.
A Service user plan is produced through consultation with each user, including information about care needs, wishes ‘, preferences and personal goals.
Our service caters for adults who because of physical and/or mental incapacity require support within their own Service. Our aim is to offer a flexible package of support, which will suit individual needs – just when it is required.
